How about these big blue eyes?
Life is filled with so many precious moments these days. I find myself stopping and almost stepping outside of the moment sometimes and thinking remember this remember this remember this, wanting to treasure every instant of these days with Sarah Beth and our little family. I want to savor how she feels in my arms, breathe in her fresh milky baby scent, and hear echos of her playful laughter until it is imprinted on my brain for eternity. Every day she changes and grows. All too soon she'll be crawling then walking then asking for the keys to the car. But for now she is still our little baby and we are soaking in every single minute of her joyful self.
We had a wonderful New Year's Day. Snuggled in at home, we played with Sarah Beth, went for a family walk, and watched an old black and white Jimmy Stewart movie. Total bliss. This was one one of those "remember this" days that will stay with me forever:

I am still waiting on the red hair to go with those "beautiful blues".
Now that is going to be a beautiful combination. SB is getting prettier every day....Will it ever stop??? All the boys had better look out. She might be a heart breaker.
