Last year we were snowed in for Kurt's birthday weekend...this year we had one of those spring-like weekends that reminds you how delicious warm sunshine feels on your face and of the joy of catching a soft breeze in short sleeve t-shirt. We took full advantage of it on Sunday and ran up to Latta Plantation to show Sarah Beth rocks and sticks and tree bark and dirt and sand and water...all of her favorite things.
I am one lucky girl to have such a sweet husband. And watching him with Sarah Beth just makes me fall in love with him in a whole new way. He is such a wonderful father. Silly, funny, caring, concerned, strong, doting, loving Daddy. She lights up like a a Christmas tree when he walks in the room and proclaims, "DADA!" In honor of this fantastic Daddy, here are some pictures of him with his little princess.
